• The winner will be picked on Tuesday 1st September 2020
• The winner must live in Conwy county, or within 10 miles of the county border
• The prize includes labour & basic materials only. The winner must provide any additional items that they wish to be installed
• The prize does not include any electrical or gas works
• No cash alternative is available
• The winner will be asked to share images of their makeover on social media and in a future edition of North Wales Magazine
• The image shown is for illustrative purposes only
• The winner must be aged 18 or over
• Entrants must be the homeowner
• One entry per household
• There may be additional costs charged, which do not form part of the prize fund
• The winner will have six months from notification to have the work carried out
