We enjoyed a delectable Charred Chorizo with Honey starter, Roast Loin of Monkfish served with Spiced Tomato Arancini, Celeriac Puree and Curried Mussels Velouté, finished with a delectable fresh Lemon with Felin Honey Ice Cream. We loved the chorizo so much that we ordered it with French Toast for breakfast! The restaurant has a fantastic relaxed vibe, with great service and stylish interior – however, if you’d rather stay in your robe, ask the team to bring your food and cocktails to the room. Truly a home from home to eat, gather and sleep…

2) Plas Dinas

Plas Dinas Country House is an award winning historic Country House set in Snowdonia. Formerly the home of Lord Snowdon and Princess Margaret, with ten individually styled bedrooms, five-star comforts in historic yet relaxed surroundings full to the brim of Royal memorabilia. The 4-Star Hotel Portmeirion is a luxury hotel overlooking the sandy beaches of the Dwyryd Estuary in Snowdonia.
